Alison Carlisle is a passionate physiotherapist and co-founder of All Star Physio, providing mobile physiotherapy services across the Northern Rivers community. Alison is dedicated to helping people of all ages improve their mobility, confidence, and independence through personalised, goal-focused care delivered in the comfort of their home.

Alison has experience working across community, aged care, and rehabilitation settings, supporting clients with neurological conditions, mobility decline, musculoskeletal pain, balance impairments, falls risk, osteoarthritis, and post-surgical rehabilitation. She has a strong interest in geriatric physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, and helping clients remain active, safe, and engaged in meaningful daily activities.

Her treatment approach combines practical rehabilitation strategies with personalised exercise and hands on treatment with a warm, supportive, and client centred style of care. She values taking the time to understand each client’s individual goals, routines, and challenges to deliver physiotherapy that is practical, personalised, and meaningful.

Alison has completed additional professional development in GLA:D® rehabilitation for knee, hip, and back conditions, Clinical Pilates, hydrotherapy rehabilitation, dry needling, balance and falls prevention, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Her approach focuses on evidence-based physiotherapy that supports longterm strength, mobility, confidence, and participation in everyday life.

Alison values building strong relationships with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic and collaborative support that promotes long-term wellbeing and participation in everyday life.

Aaron Pearce is a local mobile physiotherapist and co-founder of All Star Physio, helping older adults and people living with disability across the Northern Rivers improve their mobility, strength, confidence, and independence at home.

Aaron provides personalised physiotherapy services across community, aged care, and rehabilitation settings, supporting clients with neurological conditions, mobility decline, balance impairments, falls risk, osteoarthritis and post-surgical rehabilitation. He has a strong interest in neurological rehabilitation, geriatric physiotherapy, falls prevention, and practical home-based rehabilitation that supports clients to improve confidence, safety, and independence in meaningful activities.

Aaron has completed additional professional development in Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders, GLA:D® rehabilitation for knee, hip, and back conditions, clinical Pilates, hydrotherapy rehabilitation, dry needling, falls prevention, and dementia care. His approach focuses on practical, meaningful rehabilitation that improves confidence, safety, mobility, and participation in day to day activities and community life.

Aaron is known for his warm and supportive approach and values building long-term relationships with clients, families, support coordinators, and healthcare teams to ensure consistent and collaborative care.

Meet Ziggy, our much-loved therapy dog and morale booster at All Star Physio. Ziggy has extensive experience in aged care settings and has a natural ability to brighten people’s days with his friendly personality. He loves meeting new people, offering companionship, and providing plenty of tail wags and smiles along the way.

Ziggy is especially popular with clients who enjoy animal companionship, helping create a positive environment during visits. Whether he’s sitting quietly for pats or greeting clients at the door, Ziggy plays an important role in making sessions feel warm, welcoming, and enjoyable for everybody involved.
